Evrelle ships internationally from China and Asia through trusted international logistics partners.

Processing times may vary depending on inspection, authentication coordination, bracelet adjustments, or final quality checks before shipment.

Tracking information will always be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries to help ensure secure receipt of high-value items.


Packing & Shipping Documentation

To help protect both our clients and our team, every order is documented before shipment through a continuous packing video.

The recording may include:

  • Customer name
  • Shipping address
  • Product condition details
  • Serial numbers
  • Packaging process
  • Protective seals
  • Shipping label confirmation

This process helps maintain transparency while also providing documentation for shipping disputes or chargeback protection.


Returns Policy

Because every vintage watch is unique and discussed thoroughly prior to purchase, we do not accept returns based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor expected vintage wear

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • The item is proven inauthentic
  • The condition significantly differs from the agreed description
  • A major undisclosed issue is present

Watches may only be tried on and must remain in the same condition as received.

Protective tags or security seals must remain fully intact.

All return requests require direct communication with our team before shipment.
